Top Ten Business and Finance magazines

Barron’s is an American weekly magazine covering U.S. financial information, market developments, and relevant statistics. Each issue provides a wrap-up of the previous week’s market activity, news reports, and an informative outlook on the week to come. This magazine was founded by Clarence Walker Barron who is considered as the founding father of modern financial journalism.

Fortune is a global business magazine was founded by Henry Luce (Co-founder of Time) in February, 1930. This industrial benchmark is famous for ranking the companies annually according to their gross revenue. Earlier, Fortune was published once in a month but from January 1978 it is released bi-weekly

Owned by Harvard Business School, this magazine was founded in 1922. It claims a high ranking business readership among academics, executives, and management consultants. It has been the frequent publishing home for scholars and management thinkers. A notable period in the magazine’s history was during the late 1980s, during Theodore Levitt’s tenure as editor. Founded in 1979 by MIT graduate Bernie Goldhirsh in Boston, Inc. is a monthly magazine written for the people who run growing companies. The magazine was purchased in 2005 by Morningstar founder, Joe Mansueto, and Inc. and its sister magazine Fast Company constitute the publishing arm of Mansueto Ventures.
